We are seeking a proven public relations specialist to help oversee PR segments of the agency’s largest client. This is an immediate opportunity for a growth-focused practitioner with considerable experience in media relations and influencer communications. Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience preferably with a PR agency
  • Strong experience in writing, media relations, influencer/employee communications and issues management
  • Effectively communicate issues and opportunities to clients, team members and management in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing results-driven public relations plans across various audience segmentations.
  • Experience with basic financial management of projects and/or small accounts, overseeing budget maintenance and keeping projects within budget/scope
  • Understanding how to work with academia and governmental or third-party influencer organizations
  • The ability to work effectively within teams, including cross-discipline groups such as advertising account service and interactive
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to produce high-quality written materials, such as client correspondence, PR plans and media communications
  • Ability to understand complex technical and scientific information
  • Experience within agricultural, biotechnology or turf and ornamental industries is strongly preferred
  • BA/BS degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field

Interactive Project Manager

We are seeking an Interactive Project Manager who specializes in large, complex projects to drive world-class interactive programs that are on time and on budget while maintaining a positive work environment. The candidate will work with the creative, technology, and strategy teams on interactive projects to effectively manage resources, schedules, and the quality of deliverables through a full project life-cycle. He or she must have a solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run effective team meetings.

  • Accountability for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects from discovery and design through implementation and beyond

  • Work with the Group Project Manager to complete RFP’s project scoping, timelines and pricing estimates

Interactive Developer

The Interactive Developer leads or assists in the creation of all agency interactive work, designing back-end infrastructure and some front-end interfaces to meet client’s strategic needs. The Interactive Developer must have an advanced understanding of current programming standards. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, organized and self-starters who excel in a fast-paced environment. Agency experience preferred.

  • Working closely with client/brand leads and producers to ensure that the developed sites correctly translate and express business or brand logic and needs
  • Testing all Web pages on several browser and platform combinations
  • Assisting in the management and maintenance of client hosting and dedicated Web servers
  • Developing and maintaining coding standards in order to achieve efficiency in maintenance and portability
  • Installing and maintaining content management systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience in developing database driven websites, preferably in an agency setting.

  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Strong understating of how HTML relates to search engine optimization
  • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
  • Good understanding of Web design and UI design
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
