It may be difficult to imagine anything but a casual fling with a brand named wet n wild. But our client was looking for a lasting relationship with their best brand advocates.

So we performed a commitment ceremony online, giving wet n wild website users a chance to become deeply engaged in a membership-based portion of the site. They also got a new name—“Trendsetters.”

And like most couples in the early stages, they actually listened to each other. Wet n wild talked about new products and gave style advice. The trendsetters voiced their opinions on the latest looks and shared personal stories.

But was it a love that would last? All signs point to yes, as the average time spent on the site increased 11%.
