It’s also why we created The Combine™, an event series that brings together Ag startups, investors and local Ag communities. We’ve sponsored entrants in the American Farm Bureau “Entrepreneur” competition. We’ve worked with AgLaunch, attended the World Agri-Tech Summit and other AgBioTech events, and are active in NAMA. And in 2017, we were named “Grand Champion” at the AgriMarketing Awards.

    Mike has been with Archer Malmo for 14 years, leading the agency’s agricultural practice. He brings over 30 years of experience to account service, having worked with such companies as Michelin Tire, LawnBoy, Master Lock, Federal Ammunition, Great Dane Trailers and American Home Products. Past Ag clients include Pioneer Hi-Bred, Cargill, BASF Crop Protection, American Cyanamid, Pig Improvement Company (PIC), Union Carbide and Allied Corp.

    Fred directs account activities, leads client relationships and provides strategic direction with our Ag practice. He brings over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, creative development, research, PR and digital strategy. Fred has developed and directed regional, national and global campaigns in 20 countries. Past clients include ADM, Caterpillar, Case IH, John Deere, Pioneer Hi-Bred and FMC. Fred has also worked extensively with association and nonprofits including National Sorghum Producers, Agricenter International, National Precast Concrete Association and The Cotton Board.

Stoller’s positioning is clear: maximizing yields. Stoller needed to convince average growers that they, too, could profitably maximize yields with non-traditional, naturally-based crop inputs. The “Farm Different” campaign features growers willing to do anything to squeeze out maximum profit per acre — and how Stoller is a part of their record-breaking yields. This allowed us to champion farmers as much as the products that keep them going. Digital ads pulled 50% higher CTR than industry benchmarks. Web traffic boomed, with 66 percent of visitors new to the site and half completed a conversion. Commodity Classic, the industry’s top trade show, went on to draw over 1,000 interested attendees and hundreds of qualified leads.

In the wake of a downturned market in 2015, The Cotton Board faced the brunt of growers’ timely fears and concerns. We worked with the Board to develop an award-winning campaign showcasing relevant, hard-fought advancements to reassure growers that cotton is not only an ever-renewing resource but an equally sustainable long-term market. Cotton prices rebounded big-time in 2016, as did growers’ faith, not just in their crops, but also in The Cotton Board’s support and expertise.
