Archer Malmo Named a “Best Place to Work” by Ad Age

Agency listed for fourth time since 2011

Nov. 13, 2017 – Archer Malmo, a leading brand communications agency, has been named one of the 2017 Best Places to Work by Ad Age. The annual survey and awards program honors the 50 best U.S.-based employers in the advertising and marketing industries. This is the fourth time that Archer Malmo has made the Ad Age Best Places to Work list since 2011.

To determine the Best Places to Work, Ad Age partnered with Best Companies Group to identify companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. The primary determinant for each company’s ranking was an anonymous employee survey which assessed the employee experience. Companies were also evaluated on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.

Brian Braiker, editor of Ad Age, remarked, “Be prepared to get jealous. If you’re not employed at one of our Best Places to Work, odds are you’ll attempt to change that after reading this list. From paternity leave and lavish birthday gifts to educational stipends, flex time, team-building trips and more, these companies are innovating on employee perks, benefits, good vibes and inspiring products. Too bad we don’t offer tips on sneaking job interviews on the side.”

Archer Malmo offers employees perks including flexible paid time off, the option to bring pets to work, free on-site yoga classes and massages, tuition reimbursement, profit sharing bonuses, a corporate matching gift program, continued education through Archer Malmo University and more. Each month, all employees gather for “News & Brews,” a town-hall style meeting to openly discuss agency business, honor employee anniversaries and celebrate work well done.

Earlier this year, Archer Malmo was recognized as one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies by Inc. magazine on the publication’s annual Inc. 5000. This was the fifth year in a row that Archer Malmo earned a spot on the list, the sixth time overall.
