With more than 800 properties worldwide and growing, Hyatt Hotels was seeking a reliable agency partner able to support a critical mass of individual hotels — in short order. They approached Archer Malmo with a simple goal: increase organic site traffic and conversions at the hotel level.

Solution

We needed a process tailored to each hotel’s business needs in a highly competitive search landscape. We built a scalable workflow that could accommodate new hotels as they joined our program.

At each onboarding, we did a deep dive to understand the hotel’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and unique goals.

We then implemented and continuously optimized each property’s custom SEO strategy and road map.

By the end of year one, we were official partners with 200+ hotels across the U.S., Canada and Latin America — and 94% of them renewed the following year.
